How would you customize it to my physique?

While making the booking, be sure to mention if you want the saree pleats to be broad or narrow and for the pallu to be long or short and our expert drapists will customise it for you.

How do I contact a representative?

You can email us at support@pleat.co.in and we will respond within 12-24 business hours

Can I directly contact the expert?

We engage expert drapists from across the city and based on the availability of the drapist, your saree(s) will be attended. Hence, you will not be able to get in touch with our drapist. You can however, reach out to our customer care for any queries.

Will you make suggestions on what draping style to choose?

At the moment, there is only one draping style available - the standard drape. We’re looking forward to introducing more in the coming months.

What if there is a damage in the fabric upon delivery?

We assure you that our expert drapists will take every care to ensure your sarees are taken care of, like it’s their own wedding saree. If there ever is any damage, Pleat will take full responsibility. Please get in touch with our customer service to help you in such a case.

What is the cost for each service?

Per saree drape - Rs.500
2 sarees - Rs.900
3 sarees - Rs.1200

Does pleat deliver to other states?

No. At the moment our service extends only to residents of Chennai city

How can I make the payment?

You can either pay online through Net Banking, UPI or pay cash on delivery

What does pre-pleating mean?

Pre-pleating is a method where your sarees are folded and pleated to perfection, both hips and pallu to make draping a hassle-free process for you. With a pre-pleated saree, it would literally take you 5 minutes to wear the saree.

Would it be safe to carry the pre-pleated sarees?

Yes! One of the best parts about getting your saree pre-pleated is how portable it is to carry when you travel for occasions. Our sarees come box pleated and folded, making them portable in any suitcase or bag for long or short distance travel.

How does shipping and returns work?

We have partnered with Dunzo to ensure your delivery is done safe and sound. At the moment, returns are not possible.

Would my saree be safe?

Would there be any promotional offers and discounts?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order at any time by checking the status of your order on the home screen.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Sorry, you will not be able to make changes to an order placed already. We advice you to feed in all information about your preferences while making the order.

You can simply login using your mobile number. There is no need to remember your password.

How long can I store pre-pleated sarees?

Pre-pleated sarees can be stored in breathable cotton or satin covers for up to 6 months with no worries. Beyond that, it’s safe to unfold and refold the sarees to ensure there are no creases or bugs.

Would the services be available 24 hours?

The service is available from 7 AM in the morning till 10 PM in the night.

Would there be any subscription options available?

Sorry, we do not have subscriptions at the moment.
